    Dance Coordinator

    We are looking for representative receptionist to join the Vivo Dance family. As our receptionist you will play a critical role in providing first class experience to our members, prospective members, and visitors of our facility. Together with the other members of the Vivo Dance family you will be the ambassadors for the organization and will be the first point of contact for enquiries, complaints, and questions. The position is a fulltime position for 48 hours per week. If you have previous experience in a similar role, we encourage you to apply.

    What we expect from you:

    • Provide exceptional customer service experience for prospected customers, existing customers and Vivo Dance instructors
    • Enrolling new members and assisting current members with their queries
    • Greeting members and visitors as they come through the reception
    • Providing information on classes and availability as well as programs and memberships
    • Managing the process of bookings (validate online and process other requests for bookings via phone, email, WhatsApp and other ways of communication)
    • Serving customers
    • Ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded in the company books including but not limited to accounting books
    • Maintaining a clean and tidy environment
    • Support the conversion of online and walk in leads (enquiries) into trials
    • Following up on the coming payments to ensure that all classes / packages are timely paid by the customers
    • Support the retention initiatives run by the company (to win back customers or retain leavers)


    • Conversational and written English
    • Experienced in Microsoft Office or iOS systems
    • Relevant educational background is a bonus
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Positive, optimistic, friendly and approachable
